Michael Ray Nguyen-Stevenson alias Tyga was born on November 19, 1989 in Compton, California. His mixtapes attempts reached the right people in 2007 thanks to the help of his cousin, the Gym Class Heroes frontman. One year later his longplay debut "No Introduction" made it into the top 200 of the billboard charts. In 2010 he recorded the mixtape "Fan of a Fan" together with singer and rapper Chris Brown. The single "Deuces" was then nominated at the 53rd Grammy Awards for "Best Cooperation - Rap/Vocals". His second album "Careless World - Rise of the King" was released in 2012. With the single "Rack City" he achieved his biggest chart success to date: seventh place. Tyga's single "Faded" and "Make It Nasty" were also placed in the hit lists. In the year 2015, the US rapper and Chris Brown from "Fan Of A Fan" belossed to create a complete album, which after the release within a very short time reaches a high placement in the iTunes charts. His song "Wait for a Minute", which he recorded together with Justin Bieber, reached the single charts in over 10 countries. In mid-2015 he released his fourth album "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty" exclusively on Spotify without any promotion. This was followed in 2017 and 2018 by the albums "Kyoto" and "BitchImTheShit2".
